Y-Waves

Change up your routine with this "open options" class!  THis 45 minute class is just the thingto spice up your fitness routine.  Format varies from Hi/Lo Aerobics to Zumba to Step, dependant upon that class' instructor.  This is THE CLASS for those looking for a new fitness challenge!

Members and Guests

The YMCA continues to strive to meet the needs of our community. We offer ChildWatch as one alternative.  If you are interested in getting in a workout session, between 4:00pm to 8:00pm, and are in need of childcare; make reservations at the counter or by phone (notification needs to be at least 24-hours in advance).  Our staff are more than happy to accommodate your request for child care.  However if you schedule time and are a “no show”, you will not be allowed to take advantage of this offer again!!!
